    Cette recherche essaie, à travers une démarche abductive, de comprendre les conduites des individus en période de changement. Qu'est-ce qui les amène à changer ? Comment vivent-ils ces périodes ? Qu'est-ce qui les aide à prendre des décisions ? Autant de questions qui seront explorées au regard des Sciences de l'éducation et trouveront leurs fondements dans l'entrée thématique 4 « Conduite et accompagnement du changement » de l'UMR EFTS.
    L'enjeu ici est de présenter le déroulement de cette recherche, dont le commencement est le fait d'un questionnement personnel d'une apprentie-chercheure, sur les conduites des individus en période de changement, jusqu'à sa restitution lors de questionnements sur la place du système scolaire en tant qu'institution ayant un rôle à jouer dans l'émancipation des individus.

    This research tempts, through an abductive approach, to understand the conducts of the individuals in period of change. What brings them to change ? How do they live these periods? What helps them to make decisions ? So many questions which will be explored considering Sciences of the education discipline and will find their foundations in the thematic entrance 4 " Conduct and support of the change process" of the UMR EFTS.
    The stake here is to present the progress of this research, the beginning of which is a matter of a personal questioning of a novice researcher about the conducts of the individuals in period of change, until its restoration during questionings on the place of the school system as institution having a role to play in the emancipation of individuals
