    La nouvelle préoccupation autour du bien-être au travail et la libération de la parole
    au sujet des mauvais traitements subis dans les entreprises ont permis la modification du
    fonctionnement des organisations en ce qui concerne l’importance de la prise en compte de
    l’humain.
    Dans le secteur de la restauration collective, l’environnement de travail est un point
    primordial à prendre en compte. En effet, ce domaine professionnel est réputé pour sa forte
    exposition aux risques professionnels.
    Ce Mémoire de recherche tente de mettre en avant les liens existant entre
    l’environnement de travail et la santé mentale et physique des individus, à travers les
    méthodes actuellement mise en place et les points à améliorer.

    The new concern for well-being at work and the freeing of the talk about
    mistreatment in companies have led to a change in the way organisations operate with
    regard to the importance of taking people into account.
    In the catering sector, the working environment is a key point to take into account.
    Indeed, this professional field is known for its high exposure to occupational hazards.
    This research paper attempts to highlight the links between the work environment
    and the mental and physical health of individuals, through the methods currently in place
    and the points to be improved.
