    • Ce travail de recherche étudie le milieu de l’animation socioculturelle auprès d’adolescent.e.s au prisme de questions de genre. Il tente de comprendre les logiques sexuées qui organisent le fonctionnement de ce champ professionnel, du caractère central de la mixité sexuée à l’opposition care/autorité. S’appuyant sur un corpus théorique et des données empiriques prenant la forme d’entretiens et d’observations participantes, il met en lumière les mécanismes de renforcement et d’infléchissement de la différenciation sexuée. Enfin, il interroge, entre convictions personnelles et relation aux institutions, le rapport des professionnel.le.s. à ces enjeux.
    • This research studies the field of sociocultural animation towards teenagers through the prism of gender. It attempts to understand the sexual reasonings that structure the functioning of this professional field, from the central characteristic of sexual diversity to the care/authority duality. Based on a theoretical corpus and empirical data taking the form of interviews and participant observations, it shines a light on the strengthening and the shift of sexual differentiation. Finally, it questions, between personal convictions and institutional relations, the relationship of professionals to these issues.
