    • L’objet de cette recherche-action est d’étudier l’implication professionnelle des directeurs
      d’accueil de loisirs associés à l’école au sein de la MJC de Carbonne dans un contexte
      particulier de réorganisation. Cette dernière intervient avec l’arrivée d’un nouveau directeur
      concomitamment de la mise en place d’un nouvel avenant concernant la convention collective
      de l’animation. Il est intéressant d’analyser cette implication pour définir des repères pour
      l’action qui permettront une réorganisation efficiente avec l’implication de tout un chacun.
      Pour cela, j’ai mobilisé plusieurs concepts, celui de l’implication professionnelle bien sûr
      mais également celui de la motivation et du changement. Les résultats font apparaître une
      perte de sens et de repères des directeurs d’ALAE mais un sentiment de contrôle présent. Les
      préconisations faîtes à la direction de la MJC sont axées sur des efforts à produire sur la
      reconnaissance et la valorisation des salariés en trouvant une stabilité et une organisation
      efficace.
    • The purpose of this research-action is to study the professional involvement of the directors of
      leisure center associated with the school (ALAE) within the MJC of Carbonne in a particular
      context of reorganization. The latter comes with the arrival of a new director at the same time
      as the implementation of a new amendment concerning the collective agreement for
      animation. It is interesting to analyze this involvement to define benchmarks for action that
      will allow efficient reorganization with the involvement of everyone. For this, I mobilized
      several concepts, that of professional involvement of course but also that of motivation and
      change. The results show a loss of direction and bearings of the directors of ALAE but a
      feeling of control present. The recommendations made to the management of the MJC are
      focused on efforts to be made on the recognition and enhancement of employees by finding
      stability and an effective organization.
