    • Ce mémoire explore le Building Information Modeling (BIM) et son acceptation dans le milieu professionnel, particulièrement dans l'industrie de la construction. Il s'intéresse à la façon dont le BIM, est perçu et adopté par les professionnels. Le mémoire discute des avantages du BIM, tels que l'amélioration de la collaboration interdisciplinaire, l'optimisation des coûts et la réduction des erreurs, tout en identifiant les obstacles à son adoption comme les coûts initiaux élevés et le besoin de formation spécialisée. Il analyse l'acceptation du BIM grâce a une adaptation théorique du modèle l’ UTAUT.
    • This thesis explores Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its acceptance in the professional environment, particularly within the construction industry. It examines how BIM is perceived and adopted by professionals. The thesis discusses the benefits of BIM, such as the enhancement of interdisciplinary collaboration, cost optimization, and error reduction, while identifying obstacles to its adoption such as high initial costs and the need for specialized training. It analyzes the acceptance of BIM through a theoretical adaptation of the UTAUT model
