    • Dans un premier temps il s'agit de situer artistiquement Félix Ziem en étudiant plusieurs de ses œuvres. Puis, il a été question d'examiner des photographies de sa collection en se penchant sur des clichés de l'Orient et de Venise. Les liens entre les peintures et photographies de Félix Ziem ont été analysé afin de déterminer si les épreuves ont servi de support de travail. Enfin, la question d'un orientalisme photographique a été centrale, à savoir: est-ce que les tirages empruntent les codes de l'orientalisme?
    • Initially, the objective is to position Félix Ziem artistically by studying several of his works. Next, the focus shifts to examining some photographs from his collection, particularly those depicting the Orient and Venice. The connections between Félix Ziem's paintings and photographs are analyzed to determine whether the prints served as working tools. Finally, the notion of photographic Orientalism becomes central, specifically: do the prints adopt the codes of Orientalism?
