    • L’objectif de ces recherches et de savoir si le travail en îlots bonifiés peut favoriser l’apprentissage des élèves dans les lycées hôteliers en cours de technologie. Au travers de la revue de littérature la méthode du travail en groupe pour les élèves et l’enseignant sera abordée. Avec la pédagogie active, on cherchera à savoir si le travail en îlots bonifiés peut être qualifié au même titre de méthode pédagogique de groupe. Lors de l’étude de terrain en deuxième partie l’avis des élèves sera demandé concernant le cours de technologie car il est celui qui apporte le moins de satisfactions pour la majorité des élèves et des professeurs, nous chercherons à en comprendre les raisons, par la suite une séance en îlots bonifiés avec des élèves initiés sera observée et une autre séance avec des élèves non-initiés sera testée. Des entretiens semi-directifs seront menés auprès de deux enseignantes travaillant en îlots bonifiés en service et commercialisation, sélectionnées selon un échantillonnage boule de neige, afin de recueillir leurs expériences et les conseils qui enrichiront les préconisations en troisième. Ce mémoire n’a pas vocation à convaincre ou à convertir un enseignant à la méthode du travail en îlots bonifiés, il est simplement le résultat de plusieurs années de tests pour certains enseignants bienveillants, il apporte des outils pratiques et des conseils pour l’enseignant qui reconnaît les difficultés avouées lors du cours de technologie et qui souhaite essayer de bonifier l’apprentissage de ses élèves comme sa pédagogie.
    • The objective of this research is to find out whether working in improved islets can encourage students to learn in catering schools during technology lessons. Through the literature review the method of group work for students and teacher will be addressed. With active pedagogy, we will try to find out if work in improved islets can be qualified as an educational group method. During the second part of the field study, the students' opinion will be asked concerning the technology lessons because it is the one that brings the least satisfaction for the majority of the students and teachers, we will try to understand the reasons, then a session in improved islets with initiated students will be observed and another session with non-initiated students will be tested. Semi-directive interviews will be conducted with two teachers working in improved islets, in selected according to a snowball sample, to gather their experiences and advice that will enrich the recommendations in the third part of this memoir. This report is not intended to convince or convert a teacher to the method of work in improved islets, it is simply the result of several years of tests for some benevolent teachers, it brings practical tools and advice for the teacher who recognizes the difficulties admitted during the technology course and who wishes to try to improve the learning of his students as his pedagogy.
