    • Ce mémoire examine les éléments qui agissent sur l'intelligibilité en L2 dans les discours oraux spécialisés. L'étude est motivée par un désir d'améliorer l'intelligibilité de la prononciation des étudiants français en LANSAD. Un corpus de quatre psychologues français qui présentent leur recherche à une conférence internationale fait l'objet de cette étude. Un examen de la littérature a conduit à l'élaboration d'une grille d'analyse afin d'analyser le corpus. Les résultats révèle la complexité de l'intelligibilité. Des recherches plus poussées s'imposent mais cette étude suggère que les contraste vocaliques et l'accent tonique sur les mots et les phrases méritent plus d'attention en cours d'anglais.
    • This dissertation investigates the factors involved in achieving intelligibility in L2 specialist oral discourse. It is motivated by a desire to improve the intelligibility of French LANSAD students' pronunciation. With the future of these students in mind, a corpus of four French psychologists presenting their research at an international conference has been chosen as the focus of study. A review of previous research has led to the creation of a listening grid with which the corpus was analysed. The results reveal the complexity of intelligibility. While more research is needed, they also suggest that vowel contrasts, word stress and sentence stress deserve more attention in the classroom.
