    • Les Lycéens en hôtellerie restauration ont un profil particulier. Issus des milieux les moins favorisés, leur orientation se détermine avec un circuit d’études courtes. Ces inégalités sociales se retrouvent également dans leur socle de connaissances en matière de culture des vins et spiritueux. Nombreux sont ceux qui connaissent l’alcool avec des conduites d’ivresses les conditionnant dans une dérive. Les enseignants, doivent apporter un savoir sur les vins, indispensable à leur futur métier, ils utilisent pour cela différentes méthodes et outils. Le « savoir boire » est un savoir enseigné incontournable dans le bac professionnel services et commercialisation. A ce titre, la prévention contre les addictions liées à l’alcool parait être un élément pris en compte par les enseignants en restaurant en cours de sommellerie mais ne faisant pas parti intégrante d’une préparation en amont. Il apparait que la prévention doit se faire sur tous les enseignements liés aux boissons alcoolisées. Les actes de prévention peuvent s’effectuer de manières diverses et variées au sein des établissements pour sensibiliser les élèves aux dangers de l’alcool.
    • The High school students in hotel business restoration have a particular profile. Stemming from the least favored circles, their orientation is determined with a circuit of short studies. These social inequalities also find themselves in their core knowledge regarding culture of wines and spirits. Many are those who know the alcohol with conducts of drunkenness conditioning them in a drift.The teachers, in the face of them have to bring knowledge on the culture of wines, essential to their future job, they use for it various methods and tools. "To know of drink" is an inescapable taught knowledge in the vocational high school diploma services and marketing. As such, the prevention of the bound addictions alcoholic adorned to be an element taken into account by the teachers by restoring in the course of sommellerie but not making party integral of a preparation upstream. It seems that the prevention has to be made on all the teachings bound to alcoholic drinks. The acts of prevention can be made of manners diverse and varied within establishments to make sensitive the pupils in the dangers of the alcohol
