    • L’évaluation dans l’enseignement a, au fil du temps, évolué, créant ainsi de nombreuses divergences entre les acteurs qui l’animent ou qui la reçoivent. En hôtellerie-restauration, l’évaluation sommative plus particulièrement peut poser divers problèmes de par le fait qu’elle se combine parfois à un service et donc à divers aléas liés à la satisfaction de la clientèle. Évaluer et être évalué apparaissent alors difficile et l’impact de cette évaluation sommative sur les différents acteurs n’est pas négligeable. La note en elle-même n’apparaît pas comme suffisante vis-à-vis des élèves et étudiants qui la reçoivent ; le rôle de l’enseignant paraît donc important lors de l’évaluation sommative.

    • Evaluation at school has evolved a lot, thus creating many differences of opinion among the persons involved. In hospitality classes, evaluation with marks causes problems because it is combined most of the time with a service which should be perfect for our guests. Assess, and being assessed, appear as difficult and the impact of this evaluation with marks on the different participants is not insignificant. The mark does not appear as enough for students, and the role of the teacher appears as important during the evaluation with marks.
