    • Le numérique est un sujet d’actualité faisant partie de la société et utilisé au quotidien avec des équipements connectés à internet, comme l’ordinateur, tablette, smartphone. Le plan gouvernemental « l’école numérique » a permis son développement dans les établissements scolaires sous l’acronyme « TICE ». Différentes interrogations se posent quant à la pertinence de son intégration dans le domaine de l’éducation. Ce mémoire s’interroge donc sur l’utilisation des outils numériques d’aide à l’évaluation (ONAE) en lycées hôteliers, d’où notre problématique suivante : L’ONAE est-il un outil d’évaluation pertinent dans l’enseignement technologique Hôtelier ? La première partie nous permet de découvrir une littérature assez riche sur l’évolution du numérique ainsi que l’importance de la protection des données et l’accompagnement des enseignants dans leurs nouveaux usages d’outils numériques face à une génération d’adolescents hyper connectés. Deux questions de recherche nous ont permis de mettre en place une étude empirique composée de deux volets, une étude qualitative et une étude quantitative, auprès d’enseignants exerçant en lycée hôtelier. Ces deux enquêtes nous ont permis de savoir quels usages et perceptions du numérique avaient les enseignants ainsi que son impact sur l’apprentissage des élèves lors de l’évaluation formative. Les résultats ont fait émerger un intérêt pour le numérique mais surtout un manque de maîtrise d’où la proposition, dans la troisième partie, d’un guide ayant pour objectif l’accompagnement des enseignants envisageant l’usage des outils numériques d’aide à l’évaluation formative dans le cadre leur pratique.

    • Digital technology has become an essential part of society, and is used daily through connected devices such as computers, tablets, and smartphones. The French government’s project “Digital school” has encouraged the use of digital tools in educational institutions under the acronym “TICE”. Thus, it is important to ask questions regarding the relevance of these tools to an educational environment. This master’s thesis explores the use of digital tools in regard to evaluation in hotel and restaurant management institutions, hence our question: Is the use of digital tools relevant to teaching in a hotel and restaurant management school? The first part will focus on the available literature on the evolution of digital tools and the importance of data protection, as well as the training of teachers in their novel use of digital tools with hyper-connected young people. Two research questions have allowed us to launch an empirical study in two parts: a qualitative part and a quantitative part, based on information gathered from teachers in French hotel and restaurant management high schools. These two studies have helped us figure out the use and perception of digital tools among teachers, as well as the impact on their students’ training. The results have shown a marked interest in digital tools but a lack of confidence, hence the proposal, in the third part of this master’s thesis, of a guide aiming at supporting formative evaluation in teachers’ daily work.
